I remember that you can find peanut butter rolls everywhere around Kentucky, especially during Christmas time. You would find them at church bazaars, craft fairs, bake sales and even gas stations. This is the first time I have ever made these. It was pretty easy with simple ingredients. 1 1/2 lbs powdered sugar. 1 stick very soft butter. 16 oz jar peanut butter.

I made changes as I saw fit. 2 cups all-purpose flour. 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder. 2 teaspoons baking powder. 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon. 1 teaspoon instant coffee granules (Starbucks Mocha Via works amazingly well). 3/4 cup white sugar.

There is nothing fried about these beans, actually, but they have that good refried. Bean taste to them. I didn't take a picture of this because we all know that refried. Beans are not pretty. This recipe was super easy and also tasty. 1/2 an onion, chopped. 3 c pinto beans, rinsed. 2 jalapeno peppers, seeded and chopped. 2 Cook on high for 6.5 ish.
