椰壳洞 (Gua Tempurung) 沿路玩到疯. 其实该椰壳洞可分为两类， 干行程 和 湿行程 ，所谓干行程是指纯属欣赏山洞内那些长年累月经过风化和水蚀的石灰岩，演化成前言的钟乳石或各式各样的石壁，当中干行程又可分为两段路程，短程是Golden Flowstone整个行程只需40分钟，成人费用是6元 而长程是Top of the World需1小时45分钟完成，费用是9元。 若错过湿行程的时间，可考虑走干行程，建议选Golden Flowstone这配套，因费用便宜，还可以偷偷跟随Tour Guide走人Top of the World。 至于，湿行程是指徒步涉水兼小型的攀岩活动，至于湿行程又分为两段路程，其一是Top of the World and Short River Adventure，仅需2小时30分钟，费用为11元，开放时间是从早上9点到12点，另一段Grand Tour整个行程要花费3小时30分钟，费用为22元，开放时间是从早上9点到11点。 结束中途休息站，再次走进洞内，由于我们 全套武装 都全湿透透，加上洞内有山风，所以我们一群朋友都感到 冷到冻憋條 闽南语冷到受不了.

轻松简单行水晶山 Bukit Tabur Hill ，Melawati. 咛 咛 咛 ，被电话的铃声吵醒带着蒙胧，接起经俊的电话，凶巴巴责问我人在那里，才惊觉我睡迟了。 也因为自己睡迟，唯有接受对方不礼貌的语气，边接着电话边点头说是 是 是 ，形如应屁虫一样，当电话挂起后，随便洗刷就飚车去Taman Melawat汇合他们。 这座Bukit Tabur 又Bukit Melawati， 位于Taman Melawati区，若不常去那里的朋友，可以选择走MRR2的高速公路往国家动物园方向走，到了Taman Melawati就弯进去，会看到一所中学学校，再一直沿路往前去，会遇到第一个Round About ，转三点的方向，再前去会看到第二个Round About转十二点的方向，在直走到尽头，有分叉路，就往右边方向走，大概走5 10分钟就抵达目的地。 停停走走来到 回头是岸 这石壁前，这里是这座上的分水岭，之前的攀爬都是泥石路的坡度较大，还不至于太累，过了这 回头是岸 之后，接下来走的路段以岩石居多，危险性才从这里开始。 十月 3, 2008. 六月 25, 2016.
