Thursday, June 13. Dance Recital 2013 - "Game Night". Tonight was dress rehearsal for the dance recital. It's the only time you are allowed to take photos or video of the recital performance. The lighting is always funky in the photos because they are constantly adjusting and changing it to get everything the way the dance director wants it. First up was Kieren's Tap class in "ABC" by the Jackson 5. Kieren did an amazing job! Kieren is in the front row, right side.). Cullen was the doctor, of course!

Sunday, September 30. Happy Mid-Autumn Moon Festival! Today is the Mid-Autumn Moon Festival! We decided to celebrate it last night since this is a school night. We started off by going to dinner with my folks and ended the night by playing with fire! It was beautiful last night! The moon was incredibly bright and it was still in the 60's at 9pm. Luckily, it wasn't very windy. It takes a lot of concentration to set fire to things. Fire good! Yes, I let my children play with fire! This heart was HUGE!

Aujourd'hui, c'était la course de l'Université Laval. Éric et Juliette y ont participé. Chacun a dépassé les objectifs qu'il s'était fixé. 47 min 48 sec pour les 10 km d'Éric. Il est descendu en dessous des 50 minutes, un objectif qu'il se fixait depuis longtemps et qu'il pensait ne plus atteindre. 3ème tour, le souffle se fait court.
