Work continues to be stressful and badly organised when it comes to training but I don't want to talk about that. For tea and crumpets. It was getting late, so we didn't go onto Bath, but it was a lovely afternoon. Mum, Dad and I were staying at Bailbrook Lodge. I managed to get back to the Lodge in time, however, as the bus was waiting at the stop for me when I eventually made my way back down (thank goodness)...

Sharing my loves; the city of Bath, Lucy Maria, food and health. White Chocolate and Cranberry Biscuits. White chocolate and cranberry biscuits. Taken from Ottolenghi the cookbook. 1/2 tsp baking powder. 1/2 tsp bicarbonate of soda. 100g unsalted butter, at room temperature. 1 tsp vanilla essence. 110g soft brown sugar. 1 egg, lightly beaten. 80g whole rolled oats. 60g white chocolate chips. 3 Gradually add the egg, making sure each addition is fully incorporated before adding more. Sharing my loves; the city of Bath, Lucy Maria, food and health. I had the pleasure of an indulgent and lazy Sunday breakfast at the quirky Same-Same But Different. Eatery in town. The cafe is nestled away in the quaint Bartlett Street and boasts some beautiful artwork amongst a chic and homely decor. The food was superb as was the service. Thanks for a great morning!
