Fun in the Sun Contributors. In order to swim 25m or 50m in a particular stroke, there are set progression times that must be met. When a member has swum 12.5m or 25m for a designated stroke within the time indicated below, the swimmer may graduate up to 25m or 50m for that stroke. A swimmer may nominate to remain at the lower distance. However, if the swimmer achieves the set progression time on three occasions, they will not be awarded any points thereafter for that stroke until they progress up.

Welcome to Samford Swing! We're a college swing club specializing in Lindy Hop, Blues,. And Charleston. Yes, we're associated with a Baptist school; yes, we dance like madmen! We meet in Bashinsky Fieldhouse on Tuesday nights, starting the second week of each class semester. Series lessons now start at 8:15.
