Blessed in the West. Saturday, November 19, 2011. The month of October was quite busy. Sam and I started it out with a 12 day trip to Camrose which was well overdue. Photos are taken from my phone, not the best quality but hey. Sammy and Great Gram Hagen. Sam and I with her big bro Cody! My special friend forever. This is the view on our walks we'd take staying at Dad and Pat's. Mitzi "roo" cat in her favorite spot. Sammy and Grampa stencil their Halloween pumpkin. Sam loved her story time with Grampa.

It's a cute and bright ground level suite with way more space than the condo. It's very homey and the people upstairs are so wonderful. Most of you already know as I've sent out emails with pictures. Blessed in the West. Thursday, March 08, 2012. Anti-Bullying week had us participating in wearing pink t-shirts, raising awareness across the globe in schools and everywhere else. This is something I wish we had when I was growing up, as I was one of many who were/are hugely affected by bullies. After being 7 years on hold, I've been inspired to put myself out there again with my long time freelance business Take 5 Makeup. With help from photographers, makeup artists and other volunteers, we were all able to make this day very special for those who were. It was such a great success and so incredibly rewarding!
