A collection of my favorite recipes. Gluten Free Vegan Sandwich Bread. Someone in the family needed to go on a gluten free, no dairy diet. The diet also included no cane sugar, no corn, no potato and no eggs. We stumbled upon a recipe from The Whole Life Nutrition Kitchen. Put the following ingredients into a mixing bowl. Add the flours first then the sugar, salt and xanthum gum. Once in the bowl, mix the dry ingredients together using a whisk. 1 ½ cups sorghum flour. 1 cup millet flour. 2 tsps sea salt.
