I arrived in Honolulu at around 6 o'clock local time on December 4th and managed to get a shuttle bus from the airport to the hostel in Waikiki for $24 which is a bit cheaper than a taxi so that was cool. This morning I woke up around 8 O'clock and went for a surf at this local reef break in Waikiki named Ala Moana Bowls. It was the first reef break I had ever surfed (apart from the cabbage patch at Joss but we all know that doesn't count! Which sent m...
