Portugal road trip Sept 2006. Flew into Lisbon, drove the coast north to Fig da Foz, and back to Lisbon. Best waves were at Cabadelo - a 200m right hand sand bar off a groyne which I got to surf at 3ft by myself on the dawnie, goodtimes. Cabadelo, Fig da Foz:. I had a sweet long weekend in West Cornwall for the bank holiday - my first trip for a while and a grim reminder that my surfing isn't exactly coming along leaps and bounds living as I do in London.
