Rental Rates for the 2017 - 2019 Calendar Year. 95000 - for seven (7) nights / double occupancy. 15000 - per night. 20000 per night- for three (3) nights or less. 1000 per night - for each additional person over double occupancy. There is a fifty percent deposit of the rental fee for advanced bookings. Children twelve (12) years of age and under are free of charge. For Booking information via telephone:. Hiking - Trails begin within a 15 minute walk from cottages. Snorkeling - Most beaches are a 15 minute drive from the cottages. Shopping - Most shopping areas are in Cruz Bay which is a 5 minute walk down from the cottages. Dining - Most restaurants are a 10 minute walk from the cottages.

Our three cottages, each with a serene ocean view, are about a four minute walk downhill to Cruz Bay, which is the heart of St. John.
