18 months post SDR. Walking is the thing we find tricky to fit in and I always feel we should be doing more. Sam walks into and out of school everyday. He uses a mix of his wheelchair and walking frame at home. This summer we attended a 5 day strength training course at the Celtic Manor in Wales. We really find these intensive courses help Sam and we have always seen an improvement in his strength and confidence by the time we have finished.
