So my mum has a tendency to volunte er me for things like class trips and art projects within the school she teache s at. Which is totally cool with me, I always have great experi ences! HURON STREET PUBLIC SCHOOL SIGN. So one of the two projects I did for this school is a big sign that will stand out front of their school. All of the kid's leaves attached! June 2012 I went to a figure drawing … uh. Not a class or a workshop but a room in the Art Director’s Guild building where someone disrobed and we drew her without instruction. May 4, 2013. Of love and other paintings. Novel used: Del amor y otros Demonios (Of love and other demons) by Gabriel García Márquez. So we basically had to imagine a room from a novel, do the layout, and make a painting with it. I chose Sierva María's room for this since Garcia Marquéz describes it so well. Seriously, reading that part makes you wish that room belonged to you! I learned new words, history, LAYOUT, and experimented with some painting techniques. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).

Apr 17, 2013. Getting better with characters. This is my second succesfull character design! The first one will be animated, so I'll post it later). If you remember my pan market, then you may recognize Ms. Snobby Pig, that is gonna stay in the animation wall for an entire year! I could cry of happiness! Anyway enough words, look at the girl! Apr 27, 2014. I said I would animate the bird didn't I, I wanna do better animation. I didnt quite like the beginning of the scene, but I did like her drama. I hope its not just my opinion, I worked hard on this, and it was fun :). PS I used a line from a streetcar named desire. Hope you like it! Looking at it now, I feel like I did it a bit too fast. Apr 13, 2014. Remember the snobby pig character timeline. I did a year ago? This year I was able to model the old lady's head in Maya and Mudbox, to be honest I dont love mudbox, but I like modeling, so hopefully something good will come out of this on the summer :). Mar 3, 2014. I will be animating these characters and I'm a little nervous about it, but I worked hard on their designs, especially the bird's. I had never drawn a realistic bird like character, so I guess I was so afraid of it that I worked extra hard on it; however, it did turn out nicely, and my teacher thought so too :).
