Friday, July 24, 2015. Knitted Blanket 6.6.15. Many months ago, I started knitting a blanket. It was a gift for a friend. It's the softest blanket. I think I'm going to have to find a pattern (or the same one) that uses the same yarn because it's so soft and cozy. In fact, I pretty much refuse to knit anything that's scratchy. The color was hard to capture on camera. So if you can sort of combine the photo above and the photo below, that's the color. Jeralyn was my model for these photos. Silly girl!

Wednesday, July 29, 2015. Prince Rupert 6.12.15. In those 2 hours, we were scolded by another ferry passenger (who Quent thinks was joking, but I do not) and then we had to give our apples to the border control officer. Apples can be pretty dangerous, I suppose. Haha! We did all manage to fall back asleep once we arrived at our hotel. It would be the last time we would sleep on a real bed in 11 days.
