Since I was a child I have always hated soggy cereal so when I was designing the Samyama menu granola was an obvious choice for breakfast. I did lots of research and found lots of good quality brands available in London but they were very expensive and actually quite high in fat, sugar and weirdly salt. 40g Organic desiccated coconut (Unsweetened). 4 tbs Organic coconut oil (cold pressed). 4 tbs Organic pure maple syrup.
