February 19th, 2014. Nerdy things (Part 1). Pietro Maximoff with sister Wanda? The other day I showed my friend Andrew, a pic of the possible Wanda Maximoff. From the new X-Men. Flick If it is her, shes obviously not Pietro’s. Twin like they are in the comic. He said technically he would age faster because he moves faster. Last night someone was talking on an MMO. I play ( Marvel Heroes. Someone mentioned almost the same thing. I’m gonna get a bit nerdy for a second. This all could be applied to the Flash.

All Star Racing for the Playstation

All Star Racing for the Playstation. While not completely the first time a video game allowed the player to buy upgrades or change parts to make their racing machinery better, this was the first time this was attempted on such a large scale. You see, before the days of Gran Turismo you had games like. Formula One: Built to Win. Now let’s strip all that away and crap out a budget title for the dying console, poorly titled. Four styles of racing? Ok, not bad! Disabled. It makes no sense! The screen dims, t...

The Art of Cheating 2: A Little Help From My Friends! As far back as the Commodore 64 days, cheating devices have been on the market. When the home console market started heating up many companies decided it was time to step up to that market and throw their name into the ring. I don’t own them all (I wish I did though! But I will be going through the cheat devices I do own (or have owned) for each console and giving them a quick review. 8221; Even more good news is that, unlike its Sega Genesis 3 cousin...

September 22nd, 2013. My other site The Vintage Gamers. Things are going pretty good for The Vintage Gamers. When I created it with my friend Sam. It was just for something to do. Now we’re getting offers from other sites to team up. We get some days where traffic is in the hundreds. Most days it’s 30-50 visits. There are a few things I want to do for the site for more content. More authors for more content. I want to do Google Hangouts so we can talk about classic games. Relax let the music engulf you.

JLeague Soccer Prime Goal 2. After having a device called the Super 8. Japanese, but I felt I had made a good choice in making Soccer my first Famicom import, so why not make my first Super Famicom import a soccer game as well? Oh, I see! Sure its a sports title, sure its soccer, but Namco threw enough arcade style into this game to make it challenging and fun. Posted January 30th, 2014. DIY Sega AV Cable

DIY Sega AV Cable. When it comes to hooking my consoles to my TV, I’ve always preferred the simplicity of a good, old RF adapter. Sure they’re not the best, but they get the job done; audio and video sent from the console to your TV, that’s all I really need! But as consoles started removing the RF option in favor of the proprietary AV cables, I was forced to hunt down AV cables through my many trips to thrift stores. To start you will need a male. If you’ve bought a ready to solder kit you can ski...
