It's a keeper! 1 pound ground chuck ( I used ground turkey). 1 cup jasmine OR long grain white rice. 1 teaspoon ground cumin. 2 teaspoons garlic powder ( I used 2 garlic cloves, minced). 1 chipolte pepper, minced ( I used 1 chipolte pepper in adobo sauce from a can). Mix all ingredients in a bowl, cover and refrigerate for use later. 3 Tablespoons olive oil. 1 small poblano pepper, diced.
