Why should we adapt ourselves to the current era when we have the choice of being avant-garde or retro-vintage instead? I prefer to think that dress is a means of creating identity for oneself. February 2, 2014. Back at home, it was dinner time and I wanted to try a new recipe for Chicken Enchiladas. A lot of the ingredients, specifically the chili peppers and cheese, are not readily available in typical grocery stores here in the Maritimes. So I had to improvise and find substitutes. The Queso Fresco I substituted with Kraft shredded Mexican cheese and the Poblano peppers I substituted with a sweet green and red pepper which did just fine. Comments… add one now.
