This is what I've learned this week:. 1 I have no idea if I've lost any weight, but I DO know that my pants feel looser. :-). 2 Sugar = Evil. My body has probably been screaming at me for YEARS to stop the sugary madness. I blame my sweet teeth on GGV.but, enough blaming for now. I'm finally starting to listen. Now that I'm drinking soda again, guess what? So, guess what? Holy cow, Batman!
