http://motionmastersblog.blogspot.com/2012_07_01_archive.html
Motion plans living healthy, beauty, business and tour travel. Monday, July 30, 2012. Darin, Alex and I crewed the MTB ride. That was so fun to watch! Todd was so speedy I only got one picture of him and. We never saw him again. The whole scene was really eye opening and inspiring. Action packed! They had 750 riders and of those just a handful of woman. The final female count was less than 30! I rested as much as I could before Sunday. Trying to get as much repair as possible before Silver Rush 50M.

Monday, September 19, 2011. Pine to Palm 100. Pine to Palm 100. Amazing how much changes in 365 days! One of the things about 100-milers (which I told to house guest and first time 100 runner Derek Shultz) is that you have to expect the unexpected. About a half hour later Hal. Pulls up next to me in his "Swagger Wagon". And tells ...

Asymptotic Running: 2010 Cascade Crest 100
http://asymptoticrunning.blogspot.com/2010/08/2010-cascade-crest-100.html
Tuesday, August 31, 2010. 2010 Cascade Crest 100. My first experience at Cascade Crest was volunteering to work at the Mineral Creek Aid Station at mile 73 in 2008. Is a loop course that starts and ends in Easton, WA just east of Snoqualmie Pass as you can see on the map from my Garmin recording below (we ran the loop in the clockwise direction):. And then,...
