Tim and I first had this dessert from a coworker for her going away party. We instantly fell in love with it and HAD to find the recipe. I was even more happy that it was a recipe from Cooking Light. 8212; one of my favorite places to go for new recipes, BTW. Saturday, August 13, 2011. This month panic has set in as my "2nd 29th birthday" is fast approaching. I suddenly feel the need to be adventurous before I'm old and boring;)! And, of course, the first thing everyone thinks of when they consider adventure is Roller Derby! Somehow I talked Jasmine into coming with me, and despite the fact that my muscles still haven't recovered, it was the funnest thing I have ever done!
