Let them eat cake! Wait a minute, I think Im having an epiphany. MAIN BLOG- go here. 19 March 2008 @ 09:29 pm. Let them eat cake! I decided to try out a recipe for Ganache. Its something that I heard about on Food Network. I am not sure i did it exactly right because it never thickened up like I thought it would. I took two round cakes and cut them in half then poured the ganache in between the layers and on top, letting it ooze down the sides. Here is what it looks like. Yummy looking, no?

Sunday, March 29, 2009. Townes and Finley had so much fun on spring break! I thought they did a pretty good job of playing and sharing for 3-years-old and almost 1. Monday, April 27, 2009. Of course, our town came alive this week with all of the festivities. Parke and I went to stuff that we hadn't been to since we were kids. We stood in line for an hour and a 1/2, with Finley crawling everywhere, to eat fish. The food was fine, but like I told Parke, "It's not about the food! We ate fish, visited the carnival, and went to the parade. I can't wait until next year. When she is older, I know we will have even more fun! Posted by Jessica at 2:19 PM. Show me the eggs!

My first words to my students? We have three weeks until TCAP and we have a lot to cover.". Necessary evil. I hate that I have to stress this test so much. Here is a video that fellow teachers will appreciate.
