13 Nov 2009 1 Comment. Yesterday was a BIG day at the Allen house! Cami participated in a Cotillion dinner and dance through her Forsyth Christian Home Educators (FCHE) co-op. We were up at 6:00 am and that’s certainly bright and early for us! Had to take the curlers out, chase away the butterflies, and get out the door with our lasagna (moms cooked them and took them there). The event was fabulous. Our Corner of the World. June 24, 2015. July 10, 2015. I have a fountain in the little paradise behind our home. It makes a tinkling sound that puts me on island time no matter how hectic things are. On a scorching June morning in Georgia, the fountain gurgles and sings, right along with the cicada choir and bird chorus we are so used to talking over all summer; my shoulders drop, I inhale deeply and actually say aloud Everyone should have a fountain. My Shortest Blog Ever: Loosing, then Gaining, Steam. Or Full Steam Ahead. March 10, 2016. I’m sick. Have been for 3 days. Slithered through the morning, then had a natural steam treatment with essential oils. Try it when you have a cold, or any respiratory infection.
