These photos are done between 5-14 days of life. This is because they are still getting used to not being in the womb, so they tend to cuddle up in a little bundle that makes it ideal for portraits. They also sleep much more and are typically less fussy which makes them quite co-operative. Mardi 10 février 2009. Le karité (de son vrai nom Butyrospermum Parkii) est un arbre qui pousse uniquement à l'état sauvage dans les savanes arborées des pays d'Afrique de l'Ouest et du Centre. Je l'ai donc trouvé au Mali où il pousse au milieu des champs de mil et d'arachides, au bord des routes ou au milieu des villages. Il ressemble beaucoup au manguier (forme des feuilles et aspect général de l'arbre) alors pour éviter de les confondre il faut regarder le tronc: celui du manguier est lisse. Les fruit...
