How long are sessions? All sessions are 45 minutes and cost $80. How long will I need counseling? Everyone is different, but plan on at least six months of sessions. You can stop coming at any time, and most clients begin with frequent visits and then space them out over longer stretches. Are you licensed or certified? Will counseling make a difference? It absolutely can. It offers new levels of freedom, peace, wholeness, healing from the past, and self-acceptance. There is hope for you!

At your first appointment, we will get acquainted and briefly cover the basics of how my sessions work.
