Tuesday, January 28, 2014. The Gift of Shoes. Getting new shoes is a luxury in our house. The kids are used to getting hand me downs or thrift store/garage sale finds, but a nice, new pair of shoes doesn't happen often. When I realized it had been over a year since the little boys got new shoes (and they were literally falling apart), I knew it was "special new shoes time". My go to place to buy shoes for the kids is 6pm. I always get great deals and the shipping is free! My shoes were at our old house!
