In our first session, I will get a sense of what is bringing you to therapy and will try to understand as much as possible about your overall life situation. You will get a feel for who I am and how I work as well, and be able to ask any questions you may have. We'll form an initial understanding of your main concerns. I typically see clients for a 50 minute session once a week, though that can vary depending on individuals' needs. My fee ranges from $120 to $80 per session, on a sliding scale.
