Same Day, Same Treadmill, Different Lesson. Sorry for all the “So”s HAHA I actually typed this in a message to wil about what I learnt, then I decided to copy and paste it here. So (AGAIN HAHA) it’s kinda disjointed. So I was walking on the treadmill. But at the last 0.6km of my 5km walk I decided to jog. And even then it was real tiring after like 0.2 km (Cos my shin started getting tired and my old ankle and knee problems were acting up after all that walking). So long as they have their passion for God.
