So, yet again I’ve managed to drift away from writing for a while with no real warning. Part of it has been senior year (which, btw, way more work than I was hoping for. College just keeps getting harder.) That said, part of it has been not wanting to write about what I had left to write from Israel. Machenah Yehudah was also amazing. Huge displays of (KOSHER! So, I’m still madly in love with this country. It’s really wonderful. I don’t have great internet access, so I’ve barely been having time to check and answer my personal emails from family and friends, much less post on any blogs, but I just had this quick story to share that I thought was amusing. Sukkos, and Simchas Torah, and rain. So, it poured for the first three days of Sukkos. Yep, nothing quite like pouring rain for the holiday that involves eating outside. :) Fortunatly, it cleared up for most of the meals, and we were able to eat in the Sukkah, but still… Made walking over a bit of a task. Side note: This weekend it POURED rain twice here. Like, massive deluge resulting in pool sized puddles 6 inches deep all over campus. :) It was amazing.). And does anyone know why it would do that?

Israel is amazing so far. I’m staying in Jerusalem for the next week or so, and then I’m off to Bat Yam for the volunteer part of the program. As I suspected, the program definatly self selects only pretty nice people, and everyone so far is quite interesting. We’re touring around the city in the next couple of days, which I’m looking forward to, since I havn’t really gotten a chance to see much other than the youth hostel we’re at for the course yet. So, this is basically a brain dump of everything I need to do while home:. 8211; (Done) Replace my sandals. The Teva flipflops that I love so much really only hold up to a years worth of wear. Festival Au Bonheur des Mômes - Le Grand Bornand (74). Lundi 24 août 2015. Croyez-le ou non, mais Zélie aime ranger sa chambre, trier ses jouets, organiser son aire de jeu, bref, tout contrôler. Mais dès que tout est en ordre, quel ennui! Et puis Zélie a la particularité de ne pouvoir se servir que d'une seule main son autre bras semble ne pas fonctionner pas facile de s'amuser. Elle reste donc souvent dans sa chambre, seule. Mais un jour, comme par magie, sort de sa malle une autre fillette!
