There's always money in the banana stand. Thursday, December 07, 2006. The footings were poured last week, and today the foundation is going in. I had no idea how this process worked until I went to the lot today to take a look. Here's a good view of the forms they use to hold the cement. I was a little surprised, but not too worried.since he didn't seem to be. Here's the story in Jake's words:. Wednesday, October 28, 2009. I'm on the final countdown to my delivery date. Just three more weeks. And, I just got my hair cut. I think this is the shortest it has ever been. It's so nice to have it short! I don't have much else to say about it, but I promised a couple of friends some pictures here on the blog. Monday, June 28, 2010. Finally I decided I couldn't wait any longer. I got down on the floor on my hands and knees and said, "Audrey, I'm sorry to interrupt your conversation. But I'm leaving for work and I'd like a hug and kiss from you.". Audrey slowly got up from the floor, never removing the phone from her ear and still never making eye contact. Friday, August 27, 2010. Audrey, Jayne and I spent the morning at the WSU Block Party. We had so much fun. The first booth we saw had sidewalk chalk. That was a real hit for Audrey. She loved it! We made our way to the WSU Online booth where we sat in the shade and ate Otter Pops. I think that was Jayne's favorite part. She's pretty serious about her Otter Pop-eating. We always have to stop for dogs. All of the excitement really wore out Jayne. She was even willing to sleep sitting up. Sweet girl!
