Wednesday, October 8, 2014. NOT THE RIGHT FIT. How often have you gotten this response; Not the right fit. It's the same as Not right for us. Or Doesn't suit our current needs. Perhaps I'm over thinking it, but I have seen "not the right fit" too many times this year not to dismiss it. So I put a checklist together to see where I went wrong so I could try to avoid these annoying noncommittal responses in the future. Is it the subject of my story or article. Is it the writing. Is it a matter of timing.
