Sandy Feet Surf Co. Monday, June 8, 2015. What a great day for a bonus day off yesterday. Thanks Queeny. It didn't feel like winter at all. I rocked up to the beach in the afternoon and was greeted with some average waves, but ducked out for a surf because the weather was so nice. Around 4 O'Clock I realized that I missed the memo about Logs and Longjohns and swapped the board for the camera. Just in time for the glass off. Look Out. Blakes in town.Happy Birthday Buddy. Nick swings into a little left.

Sandy Feet Surf Co. Thursday, November 13, 2014. It's nice to see some waves with some punch again. I swam out at Lighthouse last night and there was a little bit of size hitting a very shallow sand bar. The photos don't really do it justice. I wore a few on the head on the way out and was a bit rattled. There was a lot of water moving and I was pretty wrecked when I went in. Treasuring a fun and frugal life at the beach! October 12, 2015. Circuit Trained 60 minutes. Ran 10.58 miles. 0 money or sharks teeth found. I did not get in two of my workouts this week due to nerve pain. I’m just thankful that it got better quickly. I just need to take it easy, which is hard, because I tend to push myself to do better, instead of remembering where I’ve come from in all of this and being grateful for what I can do.
