HOLLA (6 months to the) DAY! Today marks the 6th month, half-year anniversary of my time in country. If I sit and think about the 21 months I have left, the time remaining out of my 27 month commitment before I complete my service, a range of emotions run through my mind/body in about 2 seconds flat. December 6, 2012. A place without background music. The countdown has officially been on for a while now, but it is getting so close that I can almost taste it. Brett finishes school one week from today. It's a surreal feeling to think that soon we will be packing all of our things and relocating.
