Sunday, May 26, 2013. Students were a mix of children from both the rancher-controlled town and the far-flung reservation. Sometimes you would see them waiting in cars parked in front of the bars. There was not a lot to do out there, which contributed to the problem of alcohol abuse. Now, looking back, I can see faces of FASD. Pictured above is Morgan Fawcett.
