Friday, April 18, 2008. My fears about this time frame included the idea that my Sohl. Son and little SohlGal. Would not have enough to do. Thankfully, I was again mistaken. Not only have they found creative ways to entertain themselves with foam plates, toilet paper, and the power button on a 19" TV, but a sweet friend lent us a basket full of toys to ensure hours of entertainment. Saturday, March 14, 2009. I can feed pets and people but not WILD PIGS. Generally I enjoy feeding people, hosting, making my home comfortable for others. I have even taken a liking to feeding the cat ( mostly because it's the same thing 3x a day and he still gets excited) but the hostess didn't stay at her mostess. In a feeble attempt to justify my new digital camera, I thought, "What better way to guilt people into participating in my lowly existence than to send them a link to my blog? Friday, November 07, 2008. Unbelievably, our "baby" Sierra has turned 14 on August 8th! It was cool cuz this year it was "08/08/08"! We had the youth group from Church over for a surprise party with cake and games and stuff and it was sooooo much fun! We took a vote and everybody voted unanimously that we are ALL glad you were born!

I’d rather be dancing. Posted January 11, 2009. Our kids got the concept and got in the game a bit. Every basket was a huge celebration (I think we ended up with about 5, compared to the other team’s 20), and we were loud and obnoxious cheering on every good thing they did. It was pretty fun rooting for the underdogs. And The Tigers walked away proud of themselves (maybe a little too proud? To see what kinds of basketball shenanigans they pull next week.🙂.
