Ina uses a marvelous but expensive combination of cheeses. I’ve modified the recipe a bit and picked less expensive cheeses. If you have a bit of money left in your budget go for the pricey cheeses. Just another WordPress.com weblog. Laquo; Chicken Salad. Wash 4 leaves of leaf lettuce and arrange one per plate. Place one tomato on each lettuce leaf. Remove the tuna mixture from the refrigerator after 10 minutes and carefully spoon tuna mixture into each hollowed tomato. Serve with thick slices of Italian or French bread and stay cool. Next time we will put you back in the kitchen. You’ll need dozen eggs, lb. cheddar cheese or Monterey Jack, 3 or 4 in season vegetables. Until then Happy Eating!
