What a life we lead. February 9, 2012. I keep getting confused every time I turn on the tv and hear about how one should lose weight. Everyday someone has a different idea about how one should lose weight. I feel like I am doing it all wrong! You should eat this and not that but the next time you should eat that and not this! You should do this exercise not that exercise! What is the right way? I need to lose 25 more. But I want to do it right but I don’t know how! Who do you listen to?
