We aim to establish and setup, an institution for the promotion and propagation of Hindusthani Classical Music. Our aim is to become one of it’s own kind of institution by setting up some branches of key cultural institutions in different parts of India. SHAKHRI BEGUM MEMORIAL TRUST. This trust was founded on the 1st day of June, 1999; by Ustad Rashid Khan and a few other eminent personalities in the memory of his mother, Shakhri Begum, whom he lost at the tender age of four.
