Just another WordPress.com site. Whole Foods, that’s what’s for dinner tonight. Most of you guys know me, and you know that I love to cook. Not so much lately. About 3 weeks ago, I traded in my Job for a Bigger and Better Job, and life has been a whirlwind ever since! Just another WordPress.com site. The IrishTrifecta of Boozes- in cupcake form! These cupcakes are quickly becoming my “signature” dessert- friends and family are in love with them, and keep asking me to make them when we get together. How can you not love a cupcake that involves Guinness, Jameson and Bailey’s? Here is how the boozes fit in: The cupcake is chocolate stout, the filling is a chocolate Jameson ganache, and the icing is Bailey’s buttercream. Fill ’em up! Look at them in the pic below, YUM!

Don’t my wine reviews sound loopy? I’m still a newb with the lingo, and my guess is that I’ll never really learn it. Like most other things, I’ll just wing it!
