A Visit to the Steinbeck House. We took a drive down to Salinas to tour the Steinbeck house and were lucky enough to meet Carol Robles who is not only a docent, but also authored a book on the house (by the way, her book is available on Amazon.com). Her tour was wonderful chock full of interesting details and tidbits. She even was able to help us in sussing out a few mysteries on our home.
