A Superintendência de Seguros Privados (Susep) multou ontem a Associação de Proteção aos Proprietários de Veículos Leves (Asvel) e a MFM - Prevcooper Administradora de Serviços e Conveniados, em R$ 1 milhão cada, pela venda irregular de seguros. As associações atuam em Minas Gerais e como não têm autorização da autarquia para funcionar como seguradoras, não estão sujeitas a regras que protegem o consumidor.
