Continenti e cioè Europa, Asia, America ed Australia. L'ultimo Monastero, aperto di recente, proprio nelle terre delle missioni, è stato aperto in Congo (ex Zaire) a Butembo, proprio grazie al progetto, nato in Italia per le fondazioni in Africa. Di Nostro Signore Gesù Cristo. La presenza dei monaci benedettini silvestrini in Abruzzo risale almeno al 1660 con il Monastero di S. Antonio a Pescina (AQ) che cessò nel 1792. Fin dall'inizio la presenza monastica è stata finalizzata all'ospitalità e all'accoglienza della gioventù bisognosa di assistenza e di scuola.
