Take The Leap: On Relationship Advice
http://earlsrandomthings.blogspot.com/2011/05/on-relationship-advice.html
Sunday, May 1, 2011. During the past three days, I have been talking to some close friends about their relationship problems. And as usual, I always share my own take on the issues that they face, as well as help them in processing what they experience. In the end, I let them know what they really feel towards a person, what to do, or what to consider before doing anything. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). View my complete profile. Take The Leap: April 2010
http://earlsrandomthings.blogspot.com/2010_04_01_archive.html
Tuesday, April 27, 2010. In Three Lines: "American Slang" by the Gaslight Anthem. There is a borderline between the old husky '80's rock songs and indie labels with that same atmosphere, but Gaslight Anthem remains on that line. More exciting than the previous album, "The '59 Sound.". Stay Lucky" would be an immediate album favorite. Links to this post. Thursday, April 22, 2010. In Three Lines: "Gloves," Operator Please. Indie girl rock sounds pretty awesome, kinda like Rediscover on chick mode. And all ...

Take The Leap: What?! Your Teacher Is An A.B. Graduate?!?!
http://earlsrandomthings.blogspot.com/2010/11/what-your-teacher-is-ab-graduate.html
Monday, November 29, 2010. Your Teacher Is An A.B. Graduate? And other thoughts about the AB graduate as a teacher. Just this night I was able to read Fr. Horacio de la Costa's article and message to the A.B. graduates of Ateneo's batch 1933 (by the way, you can read the full text here. While reading this, it made me ponder on my status as a teacher who graduated with loads of Humanities subjects that do not promise any specialization which could land one a high-income position at corporations. Wide read...

Take The Leap: For A Friend
http://earlsrandomthings.blogspot.com/2011/04/for-friend.html
Friday, April 15, 2011. You can deal with this in two things, and let me explain in my own terms and in my own experience. The first one, take the long, slow, but steady road. You can play the game of sensing, and then when the right time comes, say it out. I'd say it is effective because it gave me time to know someone and assess what I really feel. But the problem is, it takes time. And patience. And lots of effort… and "competition" among other things. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). He didn't pic...

Take The Leap: March 2011
http://earlsrandomthings.blogspot.com/2011_03_01_archive.html
Saturday, March 26, 2011. For most of nature, self-preservation is the name of the game. This irony in the human existence is well-manifested (in fact, is being shown how it is developed), in love. It is in love where one experiences the desire for self-preservation, but in the end, it leads to losing oneself, the willingness to become vulnerable in order to be united. And at the end of this all, as he continues of the journey, he hopes. Links to this post. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). The gods must be cr...

Take The Leap: R.I.P. Leslie Nielsen

Sunday, November 28, 2010. The star of the Naked Gun will be missed. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). The only mask he wears is that of riddles, creative analogies, and metaphors. The rest are open for public viewing. A miles ecclesiae. Wide reader, and a number 3 on the enneagram, he never (or at times) fails to express things noteworthy. He was editor-in-chief and a layout artist for some minor publications and yearbooks. As of now, he writes anything for anyone. Just tell him. I Pay My Last Respects.
