Sunday, March 17, 2013. Find Someone Who (spring break version). One of my favorite ways to reconnect with my class and with each other after a break is through Kagan's "Find Someone Who" structure. After spending so much time apart, I feel it's important to take some time to regroup and connect with each other. Students are always eager to talk about their breaks anyway, so why not channel this energy in a fun, productive way that doubles as a class builder? Or "How did you know? Then they switch roles.
