A & K Adventures: July 2009
http://lilaadventures.blogspot.com/2009_07_01_archive.html
Thursday, July 16, 2009. The first one out! So after weeks of Aaron having a loose tooth, he finally pulled his first tooth out. I'd been threatening to tie his tooth to the door, but he would have none of that! Tonight we were having spaghetti for dinner and he likes the noodles but not the sauce. I said if his tooth comes out he didn't have to eat the sauce, so that seemed to be enough incentive for him to pull his tooth out. So what's the going rate for Tooth Fairy's these days? A & K Adventures: Skiing at Hemlock
http://lilaadventures.blogspot.com/2010/01/skiing-at-hemlock.html
Tuesday, January 12, 2010. Between Christmas and New Year we went up to Hemlock for a night. It snowed most of the time we were there. The boys went out tobogganing and skiing. This was Kyle's first time skiing, so he was quite excited about this! Kyle mostly skiied between my legs but we let him try a bit on his own. After a little while they got tired so they went to the lodge for a bite to eat. Aaron is now doing quite well at skiing, he can get on the tow rope and ski down on his own. Kyle on his sled.

A & K Adventures: August 2009

Wednesday, August 19, 2009. Sports Camps and more. Last month Aaron and Kyle participated in a few sports camp. The first up was our soccer camp at church. The camp has many aspects to it including soccer skills, games, singing, drama, water fights, face painting and much more. Aaron was quite excited to be in camp this year with his friends and his favourite part was being face painted like a ninja turtle. He got his face painted like a tiger. Might need a few pointers before becoming the next Luongo.

http://lilaadventures.blogspot.com/2010_02_01_archive.html
Monday, February 08, 2010. With only a few days to go till the Olympics are here, the torch relay came through Langley. Aaron's whole school went out to Aldergrove to line the streets and watch the Olympic torch go by. They were all dressed in red ponchos to "Paint the town red'. Shelby and Kyle came out to watch the festivities as well. And Grandma and Grandpa too. And this is what they saw as the torch came by. So let the Games begin! Links to this post. Sunday, February 15, 2009. A Walk in Campbell Valley North. Yesterday afternoon we went for a walk to the northern part of Campbell Valley for a walk with JAMK. It had been way too long since I took pictures with my SLR, so I brought it with me. Not many people walk this trail, but we saw a few horses along the way, a small lake and a tree farm. Here is the kid crew. In the morning Kyle and Aaron got their haircut. Time to go home. Links to this post. Monday, February 02, 2009. Links to this post.
