This was our first year in the new house and we far exceeded our measly record in Montgomery when it comes to trick-or-treaters. According to our spreadsheet keeping next door neighbor we ended up with 99 trick-or-treaters which means we ran out of candy by 7:15. Nice. We got a lot of compliments on the family costume choice. I have found that I can work pretty quickly when I cut everything out and sew everything at the same time. I mean all I was trying to do was help them rearrange their house a little bit and they obviously didn't appreciate my hard work! Two little martyrs decided to join me inside the veil of my suit and take their anger out on my face! Everything from my double chin to my forehead is swollen and I couldn't open my eyes enough to go to work yesterday!

Wednesday, January 30, 2013. The morning and afternoon went by pretty quickly. We kept ourselves entertained in the room while our families rolled into town. It was fun to see the contractions on the monitor, because I was in Happy Epidural Land and couldn't feel a thing. My normal doctor wasn't on call (of course. I just remember how bright and white the OR was, how great the spinal felt after all of those contractions, and how I was ready to hear my baby crying so I'd know everything was okay.

Thursday, December 10, 2009. Christmas at the Bias house. So Christmas is just around the corner! I am so excited, because I love this time of the year. I love the smells, the foods, the decorations and of course the presents (not to be a brat, but who doesn't)! My kids at school are excited, hyper and WILD! I am in DESPERATE need for Christmas break to get here so I can enjoy the peace and quiet and calmness! Don't get me wrong I love my kids, and I love to see how excited they get, it is priceless!
