Also, as part of this board, we were the lead agency to support and implement the Allegany County Broadband Feasibility Study, which will help the county determine how to leverage fiber backbone to increase broadband availability throughout the county. Broadband (not internet access) is the key fabric for schools, businesses, and organizations to be competitive and innovative in the technological future.
