Not only am I missing out on the most perfect fall weather, prime 14er season, pumpkin spiced lattes, wearing boots, I also miss spending my birthday with family and friends. Sharing the realities and lessons, both humorous and heartfelt that I’ve experienced and learned from living and teaching abroad. I’m sure I’ll be adding more in the year to come! Serving in Chiang Mai, Thailand. The heat is on! It's been over 100 degrees all day and all night now for almost 2 months. No rain. We're in a drought and the valley we're in traps the pollution from fires around us. Everyday I feel like I'm draining like a battery and can't seem to cool down. El Nino is to blame. This season has been the hottest on record in 65 years. I've come to the point where I'm just irritable and want to leave. Soon enough! 8203;Prayers would be appreciated! 1-3: God, my shepherd!
