Sometimes when reading I see the writer using a dash, but have never used it myself. I read that the dash is a informal device that is fun to use when writing. English 1010- Still sleeping. Sunday, March 22, 2009. I would have to say that the book Complications has some boring parts too it. I really enjoyed the stories about the cases that the surgeons came across. They were interesting. The chapter titled "The computer and the Hernia Factory" put me to sleep, and took a lot of effort to read. The last part of book one made me really think about being more careful.
