Over Sarah aan de Kook. Woensdag 29 juli 2015. Citroenkip met gegrilde paprika. Een heerlijk basic gerecht dat je ook op de barbecue kunt maken! Eigenlijk is het niets meer dan frisse, gemarineerde kipfilets, gegrilde paprika, rijst en verse kruiden. Maar de smaken zijn perfect bij elkaar. Als je geen grillpan hebt kun je de kip ook goudbruin bakken in een goed hete koekenpan. Grill de paprika’s in dat geval onder de ovengrill.
