My Urban Kitchen Composting Experiment. This is getting silly. Lid- and listing-dwelling how weird is it really? July 6, 2011. So, it’s been about a month. The escapees have pretty much ceased escaping. Curiously though, I still seem to have quite a colony of lid-dwelling worms making single-handedly removing the lid to dump in the next meal somewhat problematic. Worm stool/the rich dirt they’re making with my food scraps. What is up with these worms? Open the bag immediately and give the worms a drink.
